Using our services
- You must provide accurate information when registering or booking a session.
- Accounts are personal (student) or institutional (school, college, university, partner) and should not be shared or transferred without our consent.
- Institutional and partner accounts may require approval before activation, at our discretion.
Counselling and assessments
Career counselling, psychometric assessments, and admission guidance are advisory in nature. Final academic, career, or admission decisions remain the responsibility of the student and their family.
Payments
Where sessions or programs involve a fee, pricing will be communicated clearly before payment. Counsellor session fees are set by the individual counsellor unless otherwise stated.
Partner and institutional obligations
Counsellors, schools, colleges, universities, and partners agree to represent their qualifications and offerings accurately, and to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
Next Generation Edu is not liable for outcomes of academic, career, or admission decisions made based on our guidance. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee specific results such as admission or job placement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
