Cancelling and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking a session or program with Next Generation Edu. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Free consultations

Introductory or free career audit sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost, at any time before the session.

Paid counselling sessions

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled paid session are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a partial fee to cover the counsellor's reserved time.
• No-shows without prior notice are generally non-refundable, at the counsellor's discretion.

Programs and courses

For multi-session programs, courses, or certifications, refund eligibility depends on how much of the program has been delivered or accessed. Specific terms will be shared at the time of enrolment.

How to request a refund

Email info@nextgenedu.com with your booking details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Institutional and partner agreements

Refunds for school, college, university, or partner technology agreements are governed by the specific terms in the signed agreement with that institution.
